Weekly Fitness Classes

Tuesdays: Time 2 Tone
Class start: 5:15PM
Time 2 Tone is a class that features a rotating list of classes, such as Fit Stix, kickboxing, body weight toning, and dumbbell training.
All levels of fitness friends are welcome and encouraged to this 45 min class
Thursdays: Strong Nation
Class start: 5:15PM
Strong Nation is a boot camp style class. Moves are choreographed to music that encourages strength and power. This 60 minute class trains cardio endurance, as well as builds muscle through body weight exercises.
Modifications can be made for participants that require alternatives, so this is class is here to show YOU how amazing YOU really are!
Saturdays: Zumba
Class start: 8AM
Zumba fitness is a heart pumping jam session! Bring your friends, or come and make a new one on the fly, for 60 mintues of dancing (Without even realizing you're burning hundreds of calories doing so!) Music varies from Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, throwback hip-hop, and many more.
Zero dance experience, or rhythm, are required, and all fitness levels are encouraged to join this party of a class!
